Menu (paired with wines) includes:
-Antipasto – Flat bread assortment
-Insalata riccia – Frisee salad, baby beets, orange supreme, toasted almond, ricotta salata, aged balsamic
-Cavatelli con funghi morels – Cavatelli tossed with morels
and summer black truffle
-Tortellini ai piselli – Stuffed with ricotta and spring peas,
tossed with leeks, tomatoes and bacon crumbs
-Halibut all’olio d’oliva – Olive oil poached, served with heirloom
tomatoes, Cherignola olives, capperi di Pantelleria and fresh oregano

-Tagliata di manzo – Sliced prime certified Angus steak with
caramelized onion and bacon smashed potatoes, grilled
radicchio Treviso and fresh herbs sauce
-Tortino all ‘olio d’oliva – Grappa infused raisin, pistachio
